Official website: pinweiai.com (HTTPS across the whole site). Official contact mailbox: ai@pinweima.com. Any other website, app, mini-program, social account or individual "customer service" using the TasteAI name is not an official channel.
What we do not offer
We do not sell insurance, wealth-management, fund or loan products; we do not handle insurance surrender, refunds, membership cancellation, invoice issuance or payment collection on behalf of others; we do not provide order farming, rebates or top-ups; we never collect money through personal accounts.
What we will never do
We will never ask you to transfer money because of an "abnormal account", "order refund" or "membership expiry"; never ask for your bank card number, payment password, SMS verification code or ID photos; never ask you to install an unknown app, share your screen or grant remote access.
