How we handle visitor information
We follow data minimisation: if we do not need it, we do not ask for it or store it. This website has no account system and no online transaction.
1. What we collect
No personal information collected proactively. There is no sign-up, login, checkout, payment or data-submission form, and we never ask for your name, phone number, ID number, bank card number or verification code.
Server access logs. For security and troubleshooting the server records essential logs such as IP address, browser and device type, access time and requested URL. These logs are used only for security protection and statistical analysis — not to identify individuals and not for advertising.
Email correspondence. If you email our official mailbox, we see the address and content you provide, used only to reply to your enquiry.
2. Cookies and local storage
We use no third-party advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking scripts. The pages do not write any identifier used to track your behaviour across sites. You can clear cookies and cache through your browser at any time without affecting how the site works.
3. How we use and share information
Only for website security, service stability, content improvement and replying to your enquiries. We do not sell or rent visitor information and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Where disclosure is required by law or regulation, we handle it carefully within the scope the law permits.
4. Brand-side data products
The taste analytics and recommendation capabilities we provide to brands and platforms output aggregated, de-identified statistics and structured information. They contain no personally identifiable data, and partners cannot obtain personal identity information through them.
5. Retention and security
HTTPS encryption across the whole site protects data in transit. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Official email correspondence is retained for a reasonable period for continuity and compliance.
6. Your rights and contact
To access, correct or delete information you have provided to us (for example by email), write to ai@pinweima.com and we will handle it within a reasonable period. This site serves enterprise clients and adult users; we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
